Craig Donaldson

Mr. Donaldson is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Brands International (SBI), the parent company to respected service-based franchises Mr. Handyman, Molly Maid and ProTect Painters. Mr. Donaldson has extensive business management experience and background in the franchise industry. For 15 years, he served as President and CEO of various entities with Harris Research, Inc., a franchisor for 4,000 Chem-Dry Carpet and Upholstery Care franchises and over 200 N-Hance Wood Renewal franchises. Focusing on significantly increasing revenue and strengthening marketing programs, technology and franchise relations, Mr. Donaldson was also involved in making Chem-Dry and N-Hance national service providers for The Home Depot.  Prior to that, Mr. Donaldson spent 13 years with Avery Dennison, working his way up from Operations Analyst to Vice President/General Manager.  Mr. Donaldson holds both a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Charlie Lathrop

Mr. Lathrop was Chairman, CEO and President, CompuPay. Mr. Lathrop joined CompuPay in 2005 and, with a focus on organic growth and acquisition, has more than tripled the size of the company, currently the fourth-largest payroll provider in the U.S.  Prior to joining CompuPay, Lathrop was CEO of Advantage Payroll Services, where he took the company from $12 million in annual revenue in 1997 to more than $75 million before managing the sale of the company to Paychex in September 2002.

Tom Sawicki

Mr.  Sawicki is currently the Founder, Chairman and President of Vetmed Recruiters, LLC.  He also serves as a board member and investor in Blue River Pet Care, LLC, Physicians Endoscopy, LLC, and Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC.  Prior to founding Vetmed Recruiters, Mr. Sawicki was President and Chief Operating Officer of National Veterinary Associates, Inc. which grew from twenty-five veterinary hospitals to ninety-eight during his nine year tenure before he departed in 2007.  From 1993 to 1998 Mr. Sawicki was CEO of Genesis Healthcare, Inc. a consulting firm assisting client companies with operational improvements in such areas as management, governance, financial performance, physician relations, and restructuring.  From 1991 to 1993 he was a Founder, President, and CEO of P/SL Healthcare System, a not-for-profit, multi-hospital, integrated healthcare provider in Colorado.  From 1985 through 1991 Mr. Sawicki held various positions at American Medical International, Inc. including Senior Vice President responsible for all hospital and healthcare operations in the western United States. He served on many of the Company’s hospital boards. In addition, Mr. Sawicki was a board member of the Texas Association of Business during this time. Prior to 1985 Mr. Sawicki was CEO of ARA Living Centers Company, the second largest provider in the United States of skilled and intermediate nursing care and services for the mentally impaired. From 1977 to 1983 he held various other positions at American Medical International, Inc. including Regional Director of Operations. From 1973 to 1977 Mr. Sawicki rose from Assistant Administrator to Assistant Executive Director, Operations at Morton F. Plant Hospital, a not-for-profit, 750-bed facility in Clearwater, Florida.  Mr. Sawicki was an officer in the U.S. Navy. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Florida and a B.S. from the University of Illinois.

Barry Tanner

Mr. Tanner joined Physician’s Endoscopy in 1999.  Today, Mr. Tanner shares responsibility for the company’s partnership development activities, as well as being primarily responsible for the company’s strategic direction, and services development while also sharing in the day-to-day management and governance of several of the company’s partnered facilities.  Prior to joining PE, Mr. Tanner served as Chief Financial Officer of Navix Radiology Systems, Inc., a physician practice management company based in Miami, Florida. Mr. Tanner co-founded Navix Radiology Systems, Inc. (a venture capital backed company) and was primarily responsible for the development of that company’s business plan. Over a period of four years, Mr. Tanner contributed to building the company from zero to over $75 million in revenues, including the acquisition of seven professional radiology practices and orchestrating the acquisition and financing of a major diagnostics company. Functioning as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Navix, Mr. Tanner was also responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company.  Prior to founding Navix, Mr. Tanner served as Chief Operating Officer of HealthInfusion, Inc. (NASDAQ – HINF), a Miami based provider of home intravenous therapy services. Before joining HealthInfusion, Mr. Tanner was primarily involved in the financial services industry. Mr. Tanner successfully orchestrated the financial and operational turn-around of two publicly traded companies within that industry having previously co-founded (in 1977) and successfully operated another publicly traded financial services company, Scientific Leasing, Inc., for over ten years.

Ian Winchester

Mr. Winchester is currently Managing Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee of BHC Winton Fund, an investment fund which is focused on providing capital to Syndicates operating in the Lloyds of London insurance market.  Mr. Winchester is also a Managing Director of Brooks, Houghton & Co., Inc. a New York-based specialist investment banking and fund management firm. Previously, Mr. Winchester was the Chairman, Controlling Shareholder and President and CEO of Toplis & Harding Holdings, Inc. and VeriClaim, Inc.  From 1970 to 1985, Mr. Winchester was Managing Director of Winchester Bowring, Ltd., a London-based specialist reinsurance broker that was acquired by Marsh & McLennan, Inc.  Mr. Winchester is a director of Montpelier Re Holdings, a publicly traded provider of P&C insurance and reinsurance based in Bermuda, where he also serves as the Chairman of the Underwriting and Risk Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
